Using TemplateFields in the DetailsView Control: Step 3-Customizing the Discontinued Field Information
This step of the VIDEO TUTORIAL will showcase on how to remove the existing check box from the DetailsView display at runtime and replace it with ‘YES’ or ‘NO’ labels. In order to accomplish this, a custom function named ‘DisplayDiscontinuedAsYESorNO (bool discontinued)’ is added to the code behind file of the page under consideration.
